Michael Jarouche & Ziad Shaheen: Managing Partners

“Doing things the right way” is more than a slogan for Managing Partners Mike and Ziad or “Zee”.  To them, doing things the right way starts with client relationships that are built on trust and strengthened through honesty and transparency.  Beyond serving as a guiding principle for how they conduct business, these terms also define the decades-old friendship between the two business partners.  Mike and Zee each have more than 20 years of corporate executive leadership experience.  They both have over 20 years of property management experience with condominiums, commercial properties, and residential homes. “

Lynette Gehring-Leidecker: Managing Partner

Lynette has over 20 years of experience in central Ohio property management, including Association, multi-family and commercial management. With this tenure comes a deep range of experience in property management skills, including contract negotiations, homeowner relations, HOA and condominium law, accounting implementation, software management and general small business operations.  As an Ohio State University graduate, her knowledge of central Ohio property and connections with industry professionals are a valuable asset for our clients.

Rebecca Duff: Accounting and Property Manager

Rebecca adds 20 years of professional experience in both on-site and portfolio management of condominiums.  Her experience includes high, mid-rise and low-rise buildings.  She has also served as a trustee at several communities she has lived in, including a term as president of the Board of Directors.  In addition to a Business Administration degree with a minor in accounting she has experience with many property specific software systems.  Rebecca has a reputation for making sound business decisions, including developing, controlling, and forecasting expenses.  Rebecca is a certified manager of community associations.

Carly Osburn: Administrative Support

Carly is a recent college graduate with Bachelor of Science from Ohio University who is pursuing a Certified Property Manager credential.  Carly has had several customer service roles over the last 11 years.  For Apogee, she is the primary contact with homeowners who call into the office or email, her friendly demeanor and helpful spirit assists homeowners with remedy of common matters.

Gene Sowers: Lead In-House Maintenance Technician

Gene has an extensive and well-rounded maintenance resume, including areas of general building maintenance, plumbing, roofing, drainage systems and grounds maintenance.  His hands on leadership in the field allows us to offer personalized service to our communities to serve their maintenance needs.

Jeff Acree: Reconciliation and Consulting Accountant

Jeff graduated from Franklin University in 2007 with a double major in Accounting and Forensic Accounting.  In 2006 he started an internship with Swope and Associates, a local CPA firm.  After graduation he stayed with the firm and became a full-time employee.  He has since received his CPA certification and has worked his way into a partnership role in the firm.  Jeff has been a counselor to Apogee and Apogee Association matters for all sorts of accounting and tax matters since the company’s inception in 2010.  Jeff’s education, experience and credentials are an asset to Apogee and our associations.
